Shipping company is hiring 1 to 2 years experience Logistics Clerk (Full time)
**Require 1 to 2 years shipping company experience**
--Excellent English language telephone and personal presentation skills are a must.
  **Additional languages may be helpful.
--Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel and outlook email
--Detail oriented
--Knowledge of Ocean Container/Air Services, export and import documentation.
--Enthusiastic, hardworking, team player, highly organized and fast learner


The successful candidate will have the following job duties:
---Data entry
---Prepare export/import documentation,arrival notice/manifest; B/L instruction, arrange trucking service,. etc.
---Report to team leader on regular basis
---Track and trace shipment movement
---Maintain good customer relationship
---Create freight invoice
---Driving request occasionally with gas subsidy

Required Education: Diploma Certificate
Logistics background/CIFFA Certificate/Supply chain management/ International Transportation & Customs is preferable
