Seeking Import Coordinator Experienced in ladies sportswear

Criteria:

- 3-5 years of import coordination experience in fashion.
- Strong computer skills excel, outlook, word.
- Excellent communication skills spoken/ written in English.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Prepare all outgoing packages to factories i.e. tech packs, fabric swatches, labeling, samples, trims .
- Follow up on purchase orders from A-Z, daily communication with overseas makers.
- Send out costing info to factories, negotiate prices, issue P.OS.
- Follow up on all needed approvals, fabrics, trims, samples etc.
- Request and verify documents from factories.
- Prepare payment request for Accounts Payable dept.
- Prepare reports for progress and production delivery schedule.
