Dear Chinese General Consulate Mr. Lu,


We have read your comments on the arrest of Hua Wei Meng Wanzhou.


Following your described standard of “justice”, we hereby question:  why Montreal Qi Tian Communications Inc., an alleged overseas news agency partnering with the Chinese government, has not been officially pressed to make a public apology and compensate Art For Virtue and 300  ( Chinese) Chinese VIP guests for being victimized through the media’s fraudulent scheme practiced on its Ten-year anniversary Gala?  


Due to this scheme, we have lost 300 uniquely handmade healing bookmarks and the opportunity to launch our art business in the Chinese community. Is it fair and just for a Canadian startup to be ruined by a Chinese government-funded overseas news agent?
