    The staff stated that the three hung up in a couch in the lobby and first refused talking, according to the police""""s incident report.

    "The staff felt they were just sitting there waiting for a day to come. So they were rejected, says the station commander at Norrmalmspolisen to Aftonbladet.

    Hostel Manager: Was fully booked

    The host of the hostels tells Aftonbladet that he woke up this morning to the news that the incident at his hotel has become a widely spread news in Chinese media.

    He says that the background to the incident is that the Chinese family had booked their room on the wrong day.

    - They had booked wrong and we had booked. The situation of us became very threatening to our staff, it was gesticated and pronounced verbal threats. Then we mixed our orderkeepers who judged that the situation could not be handled in place and therefore the police were summoned to calm the situation, "he said.

    The boss states that it was a stretched process, the family arrived in the evening and at some point after midnight, they finally called the police.

    - From our side, we only know that we have done everything we have been able to do for this guest, but at the same time we can not accept that our staff are exposed to threats and that other guests will suffer from a threatening situation in our hotel.

    On the website, the Chinese Embassy writes that it is surprising that no response from the Swedish government has yet been received.

中国游客曾先生一家三口在瑞典遭粗暴对待、被警察扔在坟场一事近日持续发酵，我国游客在境外遭到不公正待遇引起网民强烈愤慨，但随着瑞警方执法时曾先生及家人哭闹的视频片段在网上流传，又有网络媒体报道称曾先生前一天很早就到达酒店，因不肯花钱多订一天的房，赖在酒店大堂狭小的空间不走，影响酒店经营，致网络舆情出现反转，国内网友又几乎一边倒批评曾先生一家“巨婴”、“丢国人的脸”。 　　对于事件中以上焦点问题，津云新闻记者致电中国驻瑞典大使馆进行核实，使馆方面表示当时在接到曾先生反映的问题之后，第一时间就到事发酒店开展相关调查。为了及时回应国内网友的关切，现中国驻瑞典使馆希望通过津云新闻明确以下几方面内容： 　　一，曾先生到达酒店的时间为9月2日0时05分（当地时间），而非一些媒体报道的前一天傍晚时段，这一点，曾先生和酒店的反馈是一致的。 　　二，曾先生到达时，酒店查到了其9月2日的预定信息。 　　三，酒店一楼为一经营性的酒吧和餐厅，空间宽敞，设有沙发和椅子。 　　据悉，曾先生和家人本来就计划在斯德哥尔摩住一天，即9月1日入住9月2日离开，但因为预定时弄错日期，订单成了9月2日入住9月3日离开。结果，9月2日0点05分，曾先生一家到达斯德哥尔摩GENERATOR STOCKHOLM酒店时，酒店满房，曾先生考虑当时深夜，和父母带着行李寻找其他酒店不方便，希望能在一楼酒吧的沙发或椅子上待一段时间，并用预定的房钱抵扣这部分费用，但酒店未同意。 　　据国内一些媒体的报道，曾先生表示愿意为在一楼沙发和椅子上休息付费，此处的付费，指的是另行付费还是用房钱抵扣，需要进一步核实。目前可以确定的是，曾先生确实是弄错了日期，时间错后了一天，并非所谓的意图住一天，蹭一天。 　　曾先生及家人在和酒店交涉过程中，有没有过激的言行，导致警方的暴力执法？中国驻瑞典大使馆领事部工作人员告诉津云新闻记者，经过核实，酒店人员表示曾先生一家并未和酒店人员有肢体冲突，也没有过激的威胁性言论，但该工作人员表示，不排除曾先生出现情绪激动大声交涉的情况。 　　最后，曾先生一家被警方扔到了远离市区的一处教堂和公墓地带，曾先生反映，自己在地图上发现附近有火葬场，再加上当时凌晨天气寒冷，一家人的情绪都受到了很大的刺激，在警方驾车运送过程中，也没有交代附近有地铁和教堂。有报道称该地区是世界文化遗产，且某位明星就长眠在该处。 　　使馆工作人员告诉津云新闻记者，不管商家和游客之间存在什么纠纷，也不管该地区是不是景区，警方在深夜对三位外籍游客采取这种措施都是非常粗暴的，我们要求瑞方查明事实真相，并说明采取这些措施的依据，但十余日过去了，仍未得到回应。 　　中国外交部和驻外使领馆一贯强调，中国公民在境外旅游，要遵守当地的法律法规和习俗，我驻外使领馆也会尽全力维护中国公民的尊严和合法权益。目前，曾先生一家已经回到国内，由于网络舆情的非理性声音，曾先生目前压力很大，驻瑞使馆方面和曾先生保持着沟通和联络，以及时通报相关情况。同时，使馆工作人员表示，即便曾先生一家确有些环节存在过错或不妥，国内民众也不该一竿子打死，更不该以讹传讹，盲目跟风，或者模糊焦点，避重就轻。
