JOB OFFER - Sales Assistant

Coordinate sales orders process, ensure cargos are picked up and delivered as scheduled, and all order transaction are properly done.
Reply to customer and supplier’s inquires under sales manager’s supervision, follow up with suppliers, customers and carriers on LC process, shipping schedule, logistics, documentation issue, provide excellent customer service.
The candidate must be well organized and efficient. You will need to be a clear communicator, a good team player. Enthusiasm, a positive attitude and ability to handle stress is required. International freight/export experience is an asset.
