警报！给家有女儿初长成的家长！

2018/03/24， 晚上 8 到 11:30 PM之间：

一个13岁的小女孩在Montreal地铁站和她的朋友汇合后去一个公寓参加party, party上只有10个未成年人，没有大人在场：“on March 24, the young girl had met her friends at a Montreal metro station before going to an apartment with roughly 10 party attendees, that, of course, was not supervised by any adults. ”;
在另一个女孩的协同下，4个男孩被控告实施了对这个13岁女孩的性侵："one girl, and 4 boys - in connection to a "gang rape" committed against a 13-year-old teenage girl at a house party in Montreal's northern area"；
这个同犯女孩也是13岁，她不但协同犯罪，还把整个过程录像并发布到社交媒体上：filmed the whole incident and shared it on social media platforms WhatsApp and Snapchat；

受害的13岁女孩出于害怕报复，没有报警：Out of fear of reprisals, she did not report the crime herself ；

2018/03/30：受害人的哥哥从社交媒体的图片中发现受害人是自己的妹妹，告诉了父亲， The victim’s older brother recognized his sister from those images and alerted his father; 那位父亲看到图片时失控痛哭，然后报了警，he cried uncontrollably when he saw the video, saying it would mark his daughter “for life.” He then called 911 to report the crime.

2018/04/19 (两个星期之后): 警察逮捕了那四男一女，都是13岁到16岁的年纪。5 teens were arrested last Thursday (April 19) - one girl, and 4 boys .

Three of them — the girl and two boys — were arraigned a day later and ordered detained until a bail hearing on Wednesday.其中三人，一女两男一天后被提审，然后被拘留直至昨天周三(2018/04/25)的保释聆讯。

A Crown spokesman says they were charged with gang sexual assault; armed sexual assault; unlawful confinement; and production, possession and distribution of child pornography检方发言人说他们（三人，两男一女）被控轮奸; 武装性攻击; 非法监禁; 以及制作、拥有和散发儿童色情作品。

One of the two other teens is to be charged Thursday with similar offences, while the fifth adolescent has yet to be charged.其他两名青少年中的一名将在周四被指控犯有类似罪行，而第五名青少年尚未被起诉。

2018/04/25: 三名主犯昨天已经被从警方的监禁中有条件释放，回到其父母的监管权下：the three who appeared in Montreal Youth Court today have been released from police custody, into the care of their parents。释放条件是7天24小时家中软禁，除非上学或有父母陪同：Their conditions of release include 24/7 house arrest, unless with their parents or at school. （注意：受害人与这些性侵被告同校）他们被禁止与同学接触，在学校内的走动有人监管，其中一人还被允许参加足球训练。There are strict orders of no-contact between the students, they must be supervised in class and while moving between classes. One of the teens has been permitted to attend their soccer practice, as well.

评论： 各位觉察出加拿大的社会体系管理思想了吗？ 为所有罪犯释放慈母光辉，用最多的人力物力去营造一个火光、话题的舞台。法官的如此裁决有考虑受害者在学校如芒在背的感受吗？受害者只有一个人，性侵被告有4人之多，在学校这样一个人性价值还没有成型的地方，更多是小圈子，绯闻谣言容易蔓延的地方，究竟谁受到进一步伤害的几率更大？是受害者？！还是被实际上多重保护起来的性侵被告？！

再看看多伦多的事实恐袭案，我个人认为林警官无功无过，他是新警察，能在那样的情况下控制场面、全身而退，是好事，但侥幸的成分很大，这恐怕也是他在案发后一直冒冷汗、失眠的原因之一。更重要的是，看看自由党棍领旨跑到这里来反复贴恐袭罪犯有精神问题的帖子http://bbs.51.ca/thread-880085-5-1.html，在政治正确的多方关怀抚爱下，这背负10条人命的恐袭罪犯，只怕有一天还会以社会上对他的寻仇、敌视为由，向土豆政府索要重金赔偿。加拿大，罪犯的天堂？！

扯远了，13岁，才走出小学的年龄，家中有女初长成的父母，对于孩子要单独参加的任何校外活动，还是要多些监管，祝福所有成长中的好孩子，平安幸福！
