RENDEZ-VOUS SUPERVISOR (MANDARIN-ENGLISH)
Under the authority of the Public Services Director, the Rendez-vous Supervisor is responsible to supervise the waiters and dishwashers, to provide outstanding customer service to customers who purchased VIP tickets, giving them access to a buffet.
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Supervise local employees in the set-up and tear down of the Rendez-vous tent;
? Ensure ethical conduct and adherence to dress code;
? Ensure that employee gives good customer service to clients;
? Comply with hygiene and safety rules;
? Enhance the client eperience by ensuring efficiency, cleanliness of VIP areas, security and customer service;
? Help with set up and tear down of the tour installations;
? Perform manual work associated with site installations;
? Resolve any conflict or crisis occurring with clients and related to customer service;
? Be on call for special events, during rehearsals and training, as well as for training and evening performances.
REQUIREMENTS
? Eperience in a similar position;
? Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English is essential;
? Eperience with a production on tour and/or in the tourism industry would be a considerable asset;
? Ability to give good customer service;
? Must be highly organized and autonomous;
? Eperience in employee management;
? Ability to perform physical task;
? Interested in touring full-time with the show and authorized to travel and work in foreign countries.
SALARY
To be discussed.
Tour conditions include transport, housing, per diem and meals.
