Position Summary: Assists with /Independently managing the daily operation of the cafe. Supervises team members to ensure daily duties completed. Conducting operation procedures and policies. Ensures food safety and quality. Ensures high standards of guest service. Maintaining cafe hygiene standards. Assists with /Independently recruiting, interviewing. Scheduling, Performance management. Training and directing team members. Responsible for restaurant compliance with all applicable legislation. Responsible for Handling guest complaints and queries. Administrative duties like handling cash register, daily operational information,food booking, shift cash management. Other duties to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications Minimum of 1 years experience in food service, retail or hospitality services. Leadership experience as a supervisor or shift team leader is appreciated. Skilled in using Computer (MS Word, Excel and Outlook). Work in a flexible schedule to meet the needs, including EARLY MORNING and weekends when required. Excellent communication skills.
Language English and French. Chinese Mandarin IS PREFERRED.

Location Near MTR Station Namur
One week on spot training will be paid. Full-time /Part time , 30-40 hours per week.
