Job description

   
.          Perform financial analysis and  reporting.
   
.          Perform month-end accounting  activities such as reconciliations and General Ledger Journal entries.
   
.          Correspondence to any enquires which  is from government and bank regarding to financing, accounting and Ta.
   
.          Prepare internal financial statement  timely according to bank loan reporting requirement.
   
.          Analyze financial discrepancies and  recommend effective resolutions.
   
.          Monitor ependitures, analyze revenues  and determine budget variances and report the same to management.
   
.          Respond to accounting inquiries from  management in a timely fashion.
   
.          Budget preparation and epense  management activities for assigned accounts.
   
.          Assist in auditing activities by  providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
   
.          Monitor and record financial  transactions according to company policies and regulations, Provide guidance  to AR, AP, Payroll and other accountant/bookkeeper when needed.  
   
.          Review and recommend changes to  eisting accounting procedures.
   
.          Evaluate computerized accounting  systems and provide recommendations to IT team for performance improvements.
   
Chinese is an asset.
