2009年入户iTalkBB,拿回国内之后，在国内不太好用，很难连接和打电话，总是今天调试明天就失灵，安装3年基本没有用，几次想带回来退掉都忘记了，这次回温哥华想起来退掉服务，没想到在列治文遍地都是服务点的BB，却需要自己电话上多伦多的总台，不但需要在电话中和服务人员解释无数问题，而且还必须在15天内快递（收到）到多伦多的BB服务中心，否则就要收取99元的退服务的费用（电话里服务小姐说是59元）--按照加拿大的邮政速度，这99元的服务费是收定了，所以我也懒得去邮寄了，反正邮寄还得钱呢
感觉BB在国内不好用，连接很困难，（服务人员说，现在国内对国外的借口控制很严格，所以拨打不了电话是正常的）在手机拨打加拿大电话很方便的今天，没有必要安装这样的电话，否则到退服务的时候，还得跟服务人员解释半天，最烦做这样的事情了。

Your request to cancel will be completed, and your service will be fully terminated, as soon as we receive your iTalkBB phone adapter. If iTalkBB does not receive the return package from you within fifteen (15) days after cancellation date, a Deactivation Fee of $99.00 will apply.
Upon receipt of the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your credit card (if applicable) and close your iTalkBB account. Thank you for your attention.
