Wholesaler-Importer seeks an accounting assistant.

Accounts receivable duties; data entry, customer credit inquiries, account receivable follow ups by phone and mail.
Sorting, filling, archiving.
Scanning and transmission of invoices, statements and promotional documents.
All related office work.

Collegial (Attestation) diploma or equivalent.
1 to 2 years'experience.
French oral skill.
Knowledge of MS windows (word, excel, outlook). Good with numbers.
Dynamic and organized.

Monday to Friday, 35hrs per week, permanent, salary depending on experience

Work place: modern office near Notre-Dame East and highway 25, L'Assomption metro and bus 22.
