RESPONSIBILITIES
Take ownership of the inquiries of an upscale Chinese clientele via email and telephone
Offer assistance and solutions that will result in increased customer satisfaction
Perform other ad hoc duties
REQUIREMENTS
Available to work on different shifts which currently include Monday to Sunday from 3h30pm to 7h30pm
Available to work 20 hours per week
SKILLS
Excellent writing and verbal skills in both Mandarin and English
College degree in Fashion, Communications, Administration, Arts, History or other related fields (Bachelor degree an asset)
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both French and English, other languages are an asset
Fashion knowledge an asset
Luxury products knowledge an asset
Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
