FreightForwarder Operations

BasicRequirement:

Minimum 2-3years related experience in freight forwarding operations, customer service orinside sales;

CIFFAcertification in freight forwarding, Dangerous Cargo handling, Air cargohandling etc,  is a definite asset;

Knowledge ofair/ocean mode of freight transportation in an international environment is amust;

Air/OceanExport experiences is highly preferred;

Handling ofconsolidation, and inland trucking experience is expected;

Customerservice, rate quote experience in a forwarder organization is preferred;  

We would likecandidates:

Be proactive,considerate, and passionate to serve the customer;

Be willing tolearn with strong self-driven motivation;

Be interestedin, caring about, and quickly responsive for customer’s logistics demands;

Be Computerliterate with strong research skills, take advantage of internet resources;

Be able to useMicrosoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Email;

To havelogistics experiences in Asian market, be able to communicate with partners inMandarin or other Eastern Asian language is an asset but not mandatory;

Be able toworking in a team environment under supervision;

Must be able tocommunicate in Bilingual English / French, and understanding Chinese will be anextra asset expected.
