Responsibility
Collecting outstanding balances via phone/email by using a professional approach that establishes long lasting relationships with our customer base. Maintaining healthy accounts receivable.
Performing consolidation, reconciliation and analysis of large amounts of data using advance level excel skills e.g. pivot table, V-look, etc. in preparation of monthly requirements and financial reporting.</div><li><div align="left">Maintaining accurate customer files
Performing analysis of revenue variances</div><li><div align="left">Providing Backup to other functions within the accounting department.
College and/or university degree</div><li><div align="left">Enrollment in a recognized accounting program
Skills/Knowledge:
Positive attitude and demonstrated customer-service skills.
Advanced Excel, Word and Microsoft skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent English and French communications skills, both oral and written, to communicate clearly at all levels including with customers and suppliers. Mandarin/Cantonese speaking is an asset.
Able to work in the evening and weekend
