We are looking for student to occupy a room in 5-1/2 apartment, $350.00 per month. It includes everything (heat, electricity, wireless-internet and furniture: Closet, single bed, study table, light, chair. There's a community kitchen, where the stove, microwave, toaster and fridge is available to all. The washing machine is also included.

This apartment is near a IGA, Jean-Coutu, library, bank and post office; 5 minutes by walk to Metro Monk (on Green line, direct to Concordia, McGill, UQAM).  The stairs are inside the building (safety in winter). Nice and quiet neighborhood.  Please call (514)761-7286 to arrange visiting the room.
