PRODUCTION ASSISTANT (ENGLISH-MANDARIN)




DESCRIPTION
The Production Assistant will assist different departments performing various istrative tasks by communicating in Mandarin and English.




RESPONSIBILITIES
? Carry out research and negotiate with local suppliers;
? Provide istrative support to different departments;
? Ensure the follow-up of invoices with the accounting department;
? Update different files;
? Act as an interpreter for the employees on tour;
? Provide good customer service to the client that comes to see the show;
? Translate different documents from Mandarin to English and from English to Mandarin.




REQUIREMENTS
? Eperience coordinating;
? Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English is essential;
? Resourceful and open minded;
? Ability to adapt to different situations;
? Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
? Willing to live on tour and authorized to work abroad.




SALARY
To be discussed.
Transportation, lodging, food and per diem are provided on tour.
