Procurement Agent

Looking forexperienced person following up orders with manufacturers in Asia. andRetailers mainly in USA & Canada

Energetic andwilling to learn, successful Procurement agent have good judgment and theability to interpret policies and procedures. They enjoy analyzing and solvingcomplex problems and have careful attention to details. In addition to thesegeneral skills and personality traits, employers are seeking ProcurementAssistant candidates with the following skills.

Knowledge ofprocurement processes, policies and procedures

Core skillsrequired:

·        Strong emphasis on accuracy and detail

·        Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet goals anddeadlines.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel

·        Good time management and organizational skills

·        Basic mathematical knowledge

·        Fluently Bilingual (in writing and Speaking) English and French.

Advanced skills(will be an asset):

·        Sourcing (RFI/RFQ/RFP) experience

·        Experience with Peoplesoft and/or SAP

·        Chinese speaking
