An Import Clerk
ForOverseas Communications & Follow up.
Knowledgeof Basic Garment Construction & Specifications a must.
Candidatesmust be extremely organized & attentive to details.
Experiencedin dealing with overseas suppliers.
KnowingMomentis as assets
Responsibilitiesinclude but not limited to:
*Daily Correspondence with orient suppliers.
*Coordinate with sales or customers for approvals.
*Follow up of all stages of fit, production sampling,quality control.
*Prepare PO's and send oversees, coordinate forwarders,approve bookings, track shipments.
*Maintain clear records and files available for differentusers.
*Miscellaneous projects as directed by Production Manager& Sourcing.
Requirements:
*Minimum 1 Year experience in garment industry, similarposition.
*Strong communication skills in English.
*Good knowledge of MS Office, Momentis system is an assets.
*Goals oriented, organized, able to work under pressure ofdeadlines.
*Analytical skills. Detail oriented.
*Good interpersonal skills.
