Lease transfer  .The apartment won't be available until January 2016 and the lease will be finished in April 2016.  Great view of Montreal and river ST-Laurent.

Very well located in downtown  ,Near Square Carbot.3 minutes to Metro ,there are 63/90/108/144/350/354/356/360 bus stops downstairs.

Very convenient for a family with kids , young couples or professionals.  Just near ST-Caterine street , close to  place Alexis Nihon, Andonis ,PA ,Provigo and bonjour supermarche , you can also find the kindergarden nearby. The school bus just stops in front of our building.

Also you should have an interest in taking over all our furniture .
