Job description:
• Handle outbound calls for appointment setting in English and Mandarin languages
• Handle all calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Give customers a matchless customer experience
• Achieve the objectives
Requirements:
• English and Mandarin speaking
• Secondary 5 completed
• Comfortable with IT tools
• At least six months’ experience in a call centre or in customer service or in sales would be an advantage.

Offer:
Our services are open from Monday to Friday from 12h30 to 20h30 and Saturday from 10h00 to 16h00.
• Hourly wage of $12/hour
• Part-time positions with possibility of full-time hours
