Position: Accountant (part-time: 16-20 hours / week)
Reports to: President
Annual Salary: To be discussed - According to experience
Start Date: ASAP
Task Dimensions:
o General Accounting duties
o Account receivable, accounts payable, invoicing.
o Bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
Qualifications:
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
• Fluency in Chinese, both written & spoken
• Willingness to work hard & long hours;
• Solid organizational and prioritising skills;
• Resourceful & practical;
• Handy, hands-on, & a quick learner;
• Good planning skills & ability to coordinate various activities;
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Experience with QuickBooks accounting software an asset.
