Responsibilities:
1. Prepare orders
2. In charge of orders shipped via FedEx, Apex, other carriers and / or our drivers
3. Loading trucks for daily deliveries
4. Receive and unload freight trucks
5. Fill out forms related to the control of goods and warehouse
6. Inventory update every week and do it on request
7. Abide by the Company policies
8. Ensure cleanliness of the warehouse and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations
9. Ensure the safety of workers in the warehouse
10. Supervise the work of part-time employees
11. Sort merchandise returns
12. All other related tasks
13. Report to the Direction of operations
Qualifications:
• Being physically fit and can carry heavy cargo
• Functional French and English
• Very independent and ability to work in a team and good interpersonal communication skill
• Know how to use a computer (Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet)
• Basic ability at maths
• Hard-working
• Sense of organization and timeliness
• Good sense of responsibility
